With Australia & New Zealand selected as host nations for the 2015 ICC Cricket World Cup, Gatorade took the opportunity to leverage their local sponsorship of the Australian Cricket team.
The Marketing Syndicate was involved in a major integrated communications campaign. This included the design of themed event packs, sponsor point of sale, social media promotions, print media advertising, four account specific consumer promotions and multiple trade activations.
With so many campaign elements, thorough attention to detail was essential, ensuring brand consistency across the program for both Gatorade and the International cricket event. The result was maximised brand leverage of the Gatorade sponsorship arrangement.
